Revision of core academics Rooms Division
Back to basics – preparing the students for technical knowledge of theory keeping the Industry perspective in mind of checking knowledge ,skill and attitude.

Effective communication skills development
How to create a positive first impression on the interview panel

Day 5
Review of the progress of each participant’s performance by videotaping and playback of the students acquired competence for self evaluation and additional inputs that may be required specific to each participant.

Day 6
Interviews -The Myths and Reality
Expectations of the Industry from the prospective candidate.
Personality traits of candidates as seen by the interview panel in the process of the selection interview.
Tendency of students falling short of expectations, though they are good candidates and how to correct /overcome this hurdle.

Day 7
Group Discussion
The scope and purpose of Group discussions in short listing candidates
How to be organised to present one’s own views about the topic with objectivity and clarity without deviating from the core topic
The introduction, the body and the summarisation of the group discussion
Practical live group discussions

Day 8
Live interviews and group discussions by videotaping and playback
To enhance and fine tune the approach to create a positive impact on the selection panel.

Day 9
Realising one’s potential
Developing a vision in terms of the participant’s career objective and programming for success in the chosen career path.
